Large solid oak top dining table handcrafted from reclaimed oak at our workshop in Fairview Dublin.
The table has all the characteristics associated with reclaimed oak, including large splits and cracks which have been softened for visual appeal, and worm holes which have been fully treated.
The black appearance was created using a traditional technique where we create a reaction with the tannins in the wood to darken it.
The finish is a hardwearing low maintenance hardwax oil which is both dirt and heat resistant, which you simply wipe clean with a damp cloth.
