Refund policy

Benmore Studio takes great pride in it's craftsmanship, and  wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

If not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of delivery, and return it to us within 21 days, in its original packaging. The customer will be expected to arrange and pay for the return of the products, except where an item is faulty or damaged. If the packaging is damaged on arrival, please state this on the driver's delivery note.

Replacements of damaged goods will be dispatched once in stock or in the case of a bespoke product as soon as the replacement is manufactured and only after receiving the original goods . 

Benmore Studio will not issue refunds  or replacements under the following circumstances:

• If notification has not been received via phone call, text or email within 5 days of receipt of purchase
• If the items are returned after the 21 day period
